Training packages: how to create, assign and settle them
Training packages are one of the simplest ways to sell a trainer’s work. The client knows what they are paying for, and the trainer controls completed sessions.
Which packages are worth preparing
Most trainers only need a few variants: 1 session, 4 sessions, 8 sessions, 12 sessions and larger packages for regular clients. Each package should have clear usage rules.
Assign the package to a specific client
After purchase or manual agreement, the package should be assigned to the client. Cooperation history, settlement and notes stay attached to one person.
Settle sessions right after training
The best time to settle a session is right after it ends. The trainer sees the current package status, and the client can check how many sessions remain.
Add payment status
Some packages may be assigned manually and others sold through Zonvio. It is worth distinguishing manual, paid, unpaid and canceled packages.
Summary
Well-organized packages make cooperation transparent. The client knows what they bought and used, while the trainer avoids manual tracking.
