Read the data processing rules for the Fitly by Zonvio platform

    I. General Provisions

  • This Privacy Policy defines the rules and purposes of processing personal data of users of the Fitly by Zonvio platform (the “Platform”).

  • This Policy applies to all users who register, log in or use the Platform’s services.

    II. Scope of Data Collected

  • During registration and use of the Platform, we collect the following data:
    • First and last name,
    • E-mail address,
    • Information about a Google, GitHub or Facebook account if you use external login,
    • Information about payments and subscriptions (Stripe),
    • Data concerning organizations and team member roles,
    • Data used to generate invoices and discounts,
    • IP address and analytics data if integration with analytics tools is enabled.
  • Data is collected directly from the user and automatically while using the Platform.

    III. Purpose of Data Processing

  • Data is processed for the purpose of:
    • creating and maintaining a user account,
    • processing payments and subscriptions,
    • sending newsletters and digital content,
    • managing organizations and teams,
    • issuing invoices and handling discounts,
    • ensuring Platform security, including 2FA,
    • analytics and statistics to improve services,
    • marketing and informing about updates, if the user has consented.

    IV. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Data processing is based on:
    • the user’s consent,
    • necessity for the performance of a contract,
    • fulfillment of legal obligations,
    • the controller’s legitimate interest, such as system security, analytics and marketing.

    V. Data Retention Period

  • Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
  • If data is processed based on consent, it is stored until the consent is withdrawn.
  • After the retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymized.

    VI. Data Sharing

  • User data is not transferred to third parties, except for:
    • payment processors (Stripe),
    • invoicing systems, if the user uses integrations,
    • IT service providers and analytics tools,
    • legal requirements.

    VII. User Rights

  • The user has the right to:
    • access their data and receive a copy,
    • correct data,
    • delete data,
    • restrict processing,
    • object to processing,
    • data portability,
    • file a complaint with the supervisory authority (PUODO).

    VIII. Cookies

  • The Platform uses cookies to improve the service, personalize content and provide analytics.
  • Session cookies expire after the browser is closed, while persistent cookies remain for a specified time or until manually deleted.
  • The user may block or limit cookies in browser settings, which may affect the functionality of the service.

    IX. Data Security

  • The Platform applies technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials and 2FA data confidential.

    X. Final Provisions

  • The Privacy Policy may be updated. Changes will be published on the Platform’s website.
  • In matters not regulated herein, GDPR and Polish personal data protection law apply.
